Meet Our Team

Elisabeth Worthy, AMFT

My journey into this work began with my own deep healing in therapy, which inspired me to change careers and become a therapist. Because of that, I hold a deep respect for the courage it takes to reach out for support. It is truly an honor to walk alongside my clients and offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space where healing, growth, and meaningful change can unfold.

I specialize in working with couples, families, children, and individuals, helping them move through relationship conflict, parenting challenges, pregnancy and motherhood transitions, grief, anxiety, depression, and other life changes. As a woman of color, supporting communities of color is deeply personal to me. I am committed to offering culturally responsive, affirming care grounded in shared understanding, respect, and the strengths that already live within our communities.

My approach is warm, structured, trauma-informed, and emotionally focused. I help families and couples slow down difficult interactions, better understand their emotional patterns, and learn new ways to communicate and reconnect. Together, we work toward creating healthier dynamics, clearer boundaries, and deeper emotional bonds so that home can feel more connected, supportive, and safe.

Whether you are navigating a challenging season, adjusting to a new stage of life, or feeling stuck in painful or repeating patterns, you don’t have to do it alone. Therapy can be a place where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy exploring Los Angeles with my family, watching a good film, spending time in nature, and listening to thought-provoking podcasts. I welcome the opportunity to support you as you take the next step in your healing journey!
